7. Term of Service:

If you are unhappy with the massage, please let us know immediately within the first 15 minutes so we can refund you. If over the period of 15 mins, we cannot refund in any circumstances.

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation at least 12 hours before the appointment, the deposit amount will be forfeited and rescheduling won’t be possible. Notice cancellations: 12 hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.

This allows the opportunity for other clients to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 12 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount.

If you arrive late your massage will be shortened to keep the others on schedule and end on time. Clients will be charged the full amount of the services.

Our clinic provides non-sexual services, to maintain respect for both clients and therapists and establish professional boundaries. Therapists have the right to refuse any services to clients who take inappropriate actions both verbal and nonverbal. the client may choose to leave immediately.
